Alex Gray, RA

CEO & Co-Founder

Alex is a Licensed Architect with over a decade of experience delivering complex, large-scale construction projects from design through closeout. As a Project Manager, Alex typically manages $100 - $150M in construction across multiple projects. His experience spans commercial, workplace, transit and healthcare sectors. Key clients include Bloomberg, Microsoft, Tiffany, and numerous private financial firms. A graduate of Pratt Institute (M.Arch) and Rice University (BA Economics), Alex brings rare fluency across construction delivery, emerging technology, and business operations. This firsthand industry insight drives Robo Built's product decisions.

Shean Rahman

CTO & Co-Founder

Shean is a robotics engineer currently completing a Bachelor's of Science in Applied Physics at Columbia University. At Robo Built, he leads development of bimanual autonomous robotic systems, building digital twin simulations and integrating multi-modal sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, and computer vision) for safe, precise construction site operation. Previous projects include research at the Columbia Fusion Research Center and AnticiPatient, a healthcare technology platform selected into Columbia University's CS3 VALIDATE Accelerator. Shean brings deep expertise in PyTorch, CUDA, and autonomous systems.
